38 year old female who had prior b and breast lift, or mastopexy, and desired a breast augmentation and removal of Montgomery’s glands from her nipple and areolae. She underwent placement through an incision at her breast in a dual plane sub pectoral position with 385 ml silicone gel smooth round moderate plus profile implants.
