18 year old male 11 months after nasal reconstruction. This patient has a history of left cleft lip and nasal deformity who underwent reconstruction as an infant. A open rhinoplasty and septoplasty were performed on an outpatient basis at years of age. Because males complete facial growth later than females, definitive nasal reconstruction is performed at a later age, often 17-18 years of age, depending on the individual.
