this year old male had a vascular lesion that did not respond to laser therapy. Excision with flap closure using his own lip tissue was done. Care was taken to confine the scar to the pink lip vermillion to minimize scarring. The result seen is xx months postop. The scar will continue improve over the first year after the procedure.
