Long term follow up on this female with a right lateral brow dermoid cyst. Excision was performed at 2 years and 5 months of age. The scar was hidden in the natural upper eyelid crease. Postoperative photos at xxx years of age show an inconspicuous scar as well as continued resolution of the dermoid cyst excision.
