This 28 year old male desired rhinoplasty with elevation of the tip, reducing the dorsum (bump). 3 months after rhinoplasty the shape is seen well on lateral view. It takes one year for the swelling to completely resolve. The tip of the nose stays swollen for the longest period of time.
