Lip Reconstruction

This 57 year-old patient presented with concerns from prior lip filler, including excess fullness in the central upper lip. Attempts at dissolving the filler did not correct excess volume. She underwent lip reconstruction with reduction of central upper lip tissue to create a more balanced, natural lip contour. Results at 6 weeks post-op reveal improved shape, proportion, and a more refined appearance.
