This 72 Dr. Costa for difficulty breathing from her left nostril and a desire to restore the normal form. The patient had undergone a reconstruction after removal of a basal cell skin cancer from her nose. Dr. Costa revised the reconstruction in a staged fashion. The patient’s breathing and nasal appearance improved. Photos show were 11 months postop.
