DESCRIPTION: 5 year old female with new bump on her right upper eyelid. Removal was done using an incision in the upper eyelid crease in order to avoid a visible eyelid scar. Healing shown 2 months after removal, with the scar hidden in her eyelid crease. Pilomatrixomas typically occur in the head and neck and are removed, as they do not go away on their own.
