This 44 year-old female presented with concerns of facial hollowness and asymmetry, particularly in the lower eyelids and cheeks. She underwent autologous fat grafting to these areas to restore volume and improve contour. 4 months post-procedure, there is improved under-eye smoothness, enhanced cheek fullness, alongside refined facial symmetry, resulting in a more refreshed and balanced appearance.
